It was a distinct pleasure to meet many of you at Health Integrated’s Executive Leadership Series event last February in Tampa Bay. As many of you agreed, the event was very informative and thought provoking as well. We covered many Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) topics during the collaborative session. After the session we had discussions with many of you, as well as received emails asking that we continue the dialog on PCMH. To this end, I will be moderating this blog community and invite you to join your colleagues in reading and participating.
I am planning to post a new or related topic three to four times monthly. The topics will be led by our discussion and dialog. The goal of this community is to provide ongoing information for everyone’s mutual benefit. In advance, thank you for your participation and making this community a success. The blog will be one informational component of our PCMH community. In addition, we plan to host educational webinars, conduct member surveys and share the aggregated data, and continue to facilitate the successful Executive Leadership Series events, the next being September 15 – 16 in Chicago.
